  • Consulting & Advocacy Fees: Invoiced fees for consulting or advocacy services are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Training Programs: Full payment is required to reserve a seat in any training program. Refund requests must be made in writing at least 5 business days before the course start date. After this period, no refund will be issued, but a credit may be offered for a future program.

(5) Confidentiality

Any non-public information shared by a client for the purpose of receiving our services (e.g., bank statements, business data) will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

(6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Nigerian law, Oaks Analytics Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your engagement with us shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us for that specific service.
