Professional Training: Through Oaks Analytics Academy, we equip professionals and students with practical skills in Data Analytics and Research Analytics & Methodology. Our certification programmes are designed for working professionals and delivered online—accessible across Nigeria and beyond.
Bank Statement Review & Recovery: We conduct forensic reviews of bank statements to identify and recover erroneous charges and unauthorised deductions. This service is a core part of our customer advocacy offering and one of the registered objects of Oaks Analytics Ltd.

Our leadership is shaped by 22 years across the financial industry — 15 years in commercial banking (including five in middle management) and seven years in microfinance at executive management level. This operational and financial foundation is strengthened by doctoral-level research, university lecturing, and strong analytical skills – the bedrock of our business analytics and training services.
Our Advocacy
Our advocacy capability comes directly from experience. Our team has leadership footprints in bank workers’ advocacy, sharpening our negotiation and dispute-resolution skills, and brings hands-on customer advocacy experience from previous professional engagements. These real world advocacy experiences now drive our third service: helping bank customers detect infractions and recover lost funds

Darlington C. Williams, PhD, ANIMN, ACE
Founder & Lead Consultant
Dr. Darlington C. Williams is the Founder and Lead Consultant of Oaks Analytics Ltd—a firm bridging analytics consultancy, professional training, and customer advocacy. He holds a PhD in Marketing from the University of Nigeria (focusing on consumer behavior and decision-making psychology), alongside an MBA in Marketing and a BSc in Business Administration from Nnamdi Azikiwe University. Beyond his academic credentials, he is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ACE) and the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN). This dual professional foundation enables him to deliver a rare combination of academic depth and practical business insight to every engagement.
Dr. Williams currently lectures in Business Data Analytics at the University of Nigeria Business School, where he equips professionals with the skills to interpret complex data and drive evidence-based decisions. He was awarded a Certificate of Reviewing from the Journal of Retailing and Consumer Services (Elsevier)—a leading global journal indexed in both Web of Science and Scopus—underscoring his expertise in rigorous, peer-reviewed analytical methodologies.
Beyond the classroom, Dr. Williams draws on over 20 years of experience across the Nigerian banking industry, having held senior and leadership roles in both commercial banking and the microfinance sector. This insider perspective gives him an intimate understanding of financial systems, institutional processes, and regulatory frameworks—knowledge he now applies to help organizations optimize operations through data, equip professionals with analytical skills, and advocate for individuals in banking disputes by examining account statements, identifying infractions, and pursuing recovery through the CBN and FCCPC.
In this growth phase, Dr. Williams personally leads every client engagement, ensuring direct access to senior-level expertise while coordinating a growing team of analysts and associate consultants. He is building a permanent core team to expand the firm’s in-house capabilities. Driven by a passion for using data to drive business efficiency, social impact, and financial justice, he is committed to helping organizations and individuals make clear, confident, and data-driven decisions.

Innocent C. Enyioji, B.Sc., MBA, MNIM, FCDA, ACTI, FCA
Principal Consultant, Forensic Auditing & Banking Relations
Mr. Innocent Chukwuma Enyioji is a seasoned finance and accounting executive with over two decades of experience in financial management, treasury operations, corporate governance, and strategic leadership across the manufacturing, hospitality, banking, and professional services sectors. He brings deep expertise in forensic auditing, regulatory compliance, and banking operations to the Oaks Analytics team.
He has held executive and board-level positions, including Executive Director, Operations and Treasury at Platinum Mortgage Bank Limited, Independent Non-Executive Director at the same institution, and Chief Finance Officer at Etazuma Mining and Industries Limited, Executive Director, Finance, Juhel Nigeria Limited, among others.
His career is defined by a commitment to financial integrity, operational excellence, and the recovery of value—values that align with the mission of Oaks Analytics to deliver trusted advice, practical training, and uncompromising advocacy.
Mr. Enyioji holds an MBA in Financial Management Technology from the Federal University of Technology, Owerri, and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Accountancy from Abia State University, Uturu. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA), an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (ACTI), a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Development Studies and Administration of Nigeria (FCDA), and a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (MNIM).
